It's time for the Troop 888 units to make their mark. Both units will be attending camp during the same week.  They will have their own campsites and set their own program.

Any Scout looking to defer their costs for Summer Camp should consider some of our fundraising opportunities.  Please see our Fundraising Chairperson for more information.

Buffalo Bill Camp, Wyoming

July 16, 2022 - July 23, 2022

Camp Buffalo Bill is operated by the The Greater Wyoming Council of the Boy Scouts of America and provides year-round, residential camp programing for scouts of all ages, including Cub ScoutsScouts BSA and Venturers. Buffalo Bill is also the home of the Yellowstone High Adventure Outpost, which provides world-class high adventure experiences throughout the Greater Yellowstone Area.

Located in the incredible Wapiti Valley between the North Absaroka and Washakie Wilderness areas, Camp Buffalo Bill is just seven miles east of Yellowstone National Park provides a setting where beauty, wildlife and adventure abound.  This was the playground for William “Buffalo Bill” Cody and now it’s ours. We are busy preparing the camp for your arrival.

We provide a program for scouts at all levels.  New Scouts can earn the outdoor requirements for First Class in our Eagle Claw Program. Older Scouts can advance on the Eagle trail by participating in our extensive merit badge program.

Scouts who are looking for a real challenge and are at least 13 years old and have completed the 8th grade can participate in backpacking, climbing and rappelling, or whitewater rafting through the Yellowstone High Adventure Outpost.

When not in merit badge classes, scouts can participate in our camp wide games, open program area time, go on a hike, fish in our stocked pond, or many other available activities.
