Ever wanted to spend 12 days backpacking in the New Mexico wilderness?  Here’s your Chance!  Registration for Philmont 2020 expedition is on!  If you would like to join the 2020 trek please reply to Mr. Lewis and Mr. Hartman ASAP.  A $100 deposit secures your spot!  Registration is first come first served.  The crew will fill up fast so don’t delay!  Currently we have 4 scouts and 2 adults signed up.  We can have up to 12 total participants per group (Max of 3 Adults).  The cost for complete registration is $1300.

 

Requirements:

Age: 14 or 13 and have completed 8th grade

Crew Size 7-12, including adult leadership

Leadership: 2 adult leaders per crew required minimum, 4 adult leaders maximum.  Adults, please be mindful that we do not want to prevent Scouts attending this!  Preference will be given to the Scouts over extra adults.

Physical Requirements:  60 to 100 mile hike carrying 30 to 45 pound packs!
